KoKo - San Diego, CA
In early 2008, I changed the direction of my massage business, offering more services and flexible availability for clients requiring immediate relief from chronic, muscular issues and soft tissue injury. I offer massage clients in and around the San Diego area my unique blend of traditional Swedish massage combined with specific modalities ranging from Myotherapy to Lomi Lomi, Trigger Point, Injury massage, Craniosacral therapy and Sports massage.
I attended the Arizona School of Massage Therapy in Tempe, AZ and graduated with over 800 hours of massage and bodywork training and 115 hours of clinical application. In addition, I am also a nationally certified massage therapist by the NCBTMB. In March of 2008, I attended a Lomi Lomi workshop at the Mueller College of Holistic Studies, instructed by nationally recognized Wolfgang Luckman, acupuncture physician. I am currently working toward my Holistic Health Practioners (HHP) License.
John - Baton Rouge, LA
John L. Gray is licensed by the state of Louisiana and nationally certified through the NCBTMB in Clinical Massage Therapy.
He specializes in relaxation/pain- relief techniques. Practicing for over 5 years in the field John has worked in clinical & hospital environments and has found that the greatest need is actually tucked away in the very workspaces where most employees have to endure extreme and protracted stressors.
John is committed to sharing the benefits of massage with those who are most in need by becoming accessible to the work environment. Spirit of Health was founded by Cara Schwartz in 2003 in Cupertino, CA by certified massage therapist Cara Schwartz. Cara has been practicing massage for several years and has given thousands of massage treatments. She trains her staff to create safe environments and consistently performs the various forms of therapy offered by Spirit of Health.

Tamar Kummel is a New York State licensed, Nationally Certified Massage Therapist, Certified Neuromuscular Therapist, West Hollywood licensed Massage Technician and ACE certified personal trainer. Tamar studied massage all over the world and then graduated from the prestigious Swedish Institute of Massage therapy, where she continued as an assistant teacher for 2 years.
Besides receiving her certificate in Sports Massage, and becoming a Reiki Master, she has also done massage on the athletes at the 2002 Salt Lake City Winter Olympics, the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece, the 2002 and 2009 Iron Man Triathlon in Lake Placid, NY., and the US Open Tennis.

About You Massages, LLC was founded by ilda DeBord, LMT/Owner. She is nationally certified and state licensed in New Mexico since April 2002.
I play soothing music for relaxation. You may also feel free to bring your own music to enhance your relaxation experience. I provide aromatherapy essential oils, incense, and candles.
Modalities/Massage techniques she utilizes include: Chair/Seated Massage, Hot Stone, Orthopaedic, Deep Tissue, Medical, Pregnancy, Myofascial Release, Swedish, Trigger Point, Polarity Therapy, and Reflexology.
